I found your bean and cheese and chicken and cheese burritos to be absolutely fabulous! The flavours were not too overpowering, and I really liked how crispy they became when I heated them in the oven. So good with some salsa and guacamole on the side. "Of the many things I miss now that I have to omit gluten from my diet is a good ole flour tortilla. I've tried two brands of gluten free tortillas and neither of them held their shape without taking on the texture of an uncooked lasagna noodle. When you bite into a burrito you don't expect to hear "CRUNCH!". I googled and found my own recipe which turned out ok but still not perfect. I headed to Sprouts today to do my weekly produce shopping and came across this beauty:

It was life changing. The tortilla was soft, and stretchy just like a wheat flour tortilla. It was filled with vegan refries, cheddar, rice, corn and jalapenos and a bunch of yum. My only complaint is that I didn't have another one."

I never write emails to companies but I just had to say a big THANK YOU...your food rocked my world!! I purchased a burrito and the dough tasted sooooo good I had to garbage pick and double check the wrapper to make sure it really was gluten free! I eat them like it's my job!

I'm from Edmonton, Alberta and I recently tried your Vegetarian Bean and Cheese burrito. It sat in my freezer for several weeks before I tried it. As I rarely eat frozen fast foods, I avoided it because I assumed it wouldn't taste so great. Today, with no leftovers for lunch, as a last resort, I took the burrito to work with me and low and behold it was fabulous! I was pleasantly surprised at the good flavour and was impressed with the product.
Thank you for creating a great-tasting GF lunch product. I appreciate it more than you know. I'll certainly pick up a few more to have on hand just in case.
