Glutenfreeda Foods, Inc. is a unique wheat/gluten-free food manufacturer producing gourmet gluten-free products that taste absolutely authentic.  We are committed to producing the highest quality gluten/wheat-free foods using natural, wholesome ingredients.  All our products are produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility, eliminating any potential for cross-contamination.  We take your health concerns very seriously.

History

Why wheat/gluten-free?  It all began rather selfishly.  In 1999, a diagnosis of Celiac disease begat the only online gluten-free cooking magazine, Glutenfreeda.com  with the goal of helping people with gluten intolerance learn to cook, eat and entertain deliciously.  Glutenfreeda.com is a tremendous resource for those who will cook, regardless of their cooking ability.  Glutenfreeda Foods, Inc. is an extension of our outreach to those who are too busy to cook or who won’t or don’t cook for any reason.  Glutenfreeda Foods, Inc. offers the same wholesome, authentic tasting products; already prepared.  We are committed to providing the highest quality and most authentic tasting wheat/gluten-free food on the planet and in doing this, we demonstrate that eating wheat/gluten-free is a delicious and natural way to live.

Like many companies, Glutenfreeda Foods, Inc. began with a great idea that has grown as the wheat/gluten-free market has matured.  From kitchen to ‘garage kitchen’ to our current facility, our focus remains unchanged, the desire to offer authentic tasting products in a category that is often sub-par in taste.  How do we do this, when so many others fall short on authenticity?  We cook and bake the old fashioned way:  Natural and whole ingredients.  You will not find many ‘substitutions’ in our products.  We do not strive to be sugar-free, egg-free or corn-free or taste-free.

Our Facility

Our 20,000 sq. ft. food processing facility is located in Burlington, Washington.  Currently, our products are distributed in hundreds of retail locations on the west coast, mid-west and Canada.  Check our Retail Location link often, as our plans include distribution to the mid-west and east coast in 2008.
